8th Grade Scheduling
Here is all the information and resources for scheduling 8th grade students for 9th grade. Please reach out to your counselor if you have any questions!
Important Dates
Scheduling Fair at High School Wednesday, January 31st at 6:30pm-8pm
Online Scheduling Window Opens in Skyward Friday, February 2nd at 3pm
Online Scheduling Window Closes in Skyward Monday, February 12th at 7am
Counselors Meetings with 8th Grade Students Starts Monday, February 12th
At this meeting, the guidance counselors will meet with all students individually to discuss the students' course requests in Skyward, and they can make changes to the schedule if need be at this time.
Scheduling Fair
The Scheduling Fair will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 in the Norwin High School auditorium. This event will start at 6:30 p.m. with a presentation by the high school counselors. Following the group presentation, students and parents are invited to visit departmental kiosks located in the cafeteria. This event will conclude at 8:00 p.m.
Scheduling Information for Current Grade 8 Students
Grade 8 students received a copy of the Grade 9 Scheduling Guide on Tuesday, January 30, 2024. Electronic copies of the Scheduling Guide can be found below. Please note the Scheduling Guide is to serve as a guide for students during their course selection. It is not something that will be turned in at the completion of scheduling.
