Students, who meet the necessary eligibility requirements and are admitted to Norwin's Gifted and Talented Special Education, are a part of SOAR. "Secondary Options Are Realized" is for students that demonstrate outstanding intellectual ability, who may desire to participate with enrichment activities, as well as educational opportunities in and out of the classroom.


A gifted Coordinator works with the content teachers to challenge our gifted students.
