Meet the Teacher

I graduated from Penn-Trafford High School in 1996 and went on to graduate from Seton Hill College in 2000.  I started my teaching career at Norwin Middle School in 2000, student teaching in 8th grade ELA and then subbing for one year.  I was then hired as a long term substitute at Norwin Middle School East as the librarian and the following year, hired as an 8th grade ELA teacher, and I have been in 8th grade since.  I love teaching 8th grade!  

 

"We don't do boring in room 212!"  So get ready to go on an exciting adventure!  In room 212, we will always strive to stay at 212 degrees throughout our journey!.  You are going to learn and grow as readers and writers; also, no matter what you think or feel about ELA, this year is going to be beyond FABULOUS!!!
