3D Printing Unit

 Students will be designing & printing wheels for their compressed air racecars.  The wheels will be custom designed in our 3D modeling software, Autodesk Inventor.  This program builds off of the AutoCAD program that students used in 7th grade Industrial Tech.  The file will be saved and sent over to the 3D printer where it will be "printed" out of ABS plastic filament.  The process & our specific printer are shown in the following video.
